Here’s an overview of how we operate to ensure every aspect of your journey exceeds your expectations from start to finish:
- Complete a contact information form online
- Meet with David for an initial consultation
- Based on the initial consult, David will design a customized itinerary
- Meet with the client to review the itinerary and make any changes
- David contacts you throughout the booking process to keep you in the loop as much as you would like
- Ensure all your travel documents are prepared and ready
- Receive a document of your itinerary to take with you that’s as detailed or open as you like
- If desired, complete two complimentary webinars regarding your trip – one several weeks prior to departure and one two to three weeks prior to departure
- Additional online sessions can be developed based on the customer’s interest. Topics may include local customs and specialties, historical background of places, sites, and museums on your itinerary, navigating public transportation systems, etc.
- Provide you an opportunity for feedback once you’ve returned home
We operate in partnership with Travel by Jon and Jo’El to make sure your bookings are safe, secure, and worry-free. It also ensures we have access to the best offers in the industry.
